Support and handle policy documentation, inclusive of filing and mailing of policies, document indexing and other administrative duties as requested. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the automated systems, department workflows and underwriting practices. Comply with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and administrative activities at Company. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor. Handling claim requests from clients. Liaising with reinsurer, Government agencies, and related parties regarding claims.


Perform daily monitoring on e-Marine portal and liaising with IT vendors and software developer. Ensuring website is regularly updated and perform improvements on website from time to time. Managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure including hardware, software, servers, networks and email. Responsible for system setup and installation as well as system upgrading. Updating and maintaining inventory of hardware and software components. Assist other personnel regarding all IT related matters. Handle other ad hoc assignments from time to time.


Coordinate/steer the workflow process of all agency and department communications within our automated/manual processes. Identify and troubleshoot items to resolution with minimal direction and escalate items impacting customer services. Accurately support the policy file management systems, electronically and in hardcopy format. Perform data entry support in all systems. Identify processing errors/deficiencies prior to handling and insured the data integrity of information. Administrative renewal processes for manual policies in compliance with UW guidelines. Prepare New Business applications for underwriting review. Inclusive of logging into databases, customer number look up/cross referencing of policies. Compile applicable information to support the UW review process.
