P&I Malaysia: Projection – 2024

Mr. Rudy Andrew Jeyaraj, CEO of P&I Malaysia congratulated the staff for their outstanding performance in 2023 as it paved the way to achieving the highest gross revenue since its incorporation in 2015. He also briefed the staff on the challenges to expect in 2024, domestically and at an international level. He emphasised on the need to be better equipped to enable them to be competent in the global market. In-house training was subsequently conducted by the CEO to further empower the Marine Underwriting Team on the future expectations. Staff were exposed to the intricacies of Marine Liability and were provided with the knowledge to be competitive in the industry.    

He expressed appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and innovative spirit that each team member contributed to the company success. Looking ahead, he encouraged the team to continue their commitment to excellence, innovation, and teamwork in line with the company vision for continued growth and success.

Following the training, a special luncheon was held to celebrate the achievements of the year 2023, providing a joyous platform for team members to come together and reflect on the milestones that defined P&I Malaysia’s journey throughout the year.
