Supports the claims team in processing and handling insurance claims, maintaining accurate records, and assisting clients with claim queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and track claims in the system
- Review claim documentation for completeness
- Coordinate with clients, adjusters, and underwriters
- Prepare claim summaries and assist in settlements
- Maintain up-to-date claims records
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Law, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in claims or insurance
- Knowledge of claims procedures and insurance terms preferred
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
